MASTER II robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru)
located in Blagoveschensk was pointed to the GRB130419B 41 sec after
notice time and 120 sec after GRB time at 2013-04-19 17:26:37.875 UT. On
our first (20s exposure) set we haven`t found optical transient within
SWIFT error-box (ra=13 34 34 dec=+37 14 24 r=0.066667).
The 5-sigma upper limit has been about 16.48mag
The analysis and determination of a limit it is complicated by the close
bright star.
