reports on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team:
"The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 404303265 (13121024.436) at
10:27:42.30 UT on 24 October 2013, tentatively classified as a GRB,
is in fact not due to a GRB. This trigger is due to a solar flare."
