Subject: IPN annulus for GRB020914
Cc:
K. Hurley and T. Cline, on behalf of the Ulysses, Konus, and HETE GRB teams,
E. Mazets and S. Golenetskii, on behalf of the Konus-Wind GRB team, report:
Ulysses and Konus-Wind observed this GRB at 78798 seconds.
We have triangulated it to an annulus with raidus 39.932 +/- 0.066 degrees
(3 sigma) centered at RA, Decl (2000)=170.909, 39.244. More details
can be obtained for this event at a later time.
