MASTER II robotic telescope (MASTER-Net:http://observ.pereplet.ru)
located in Kislovodsk was pointed to the GRB140103A 22 sec after notice
time and 303 sec after trigger time at 00:35:54 UT. On our first (60s
exposure) set we haven`t found optical transient within SWIFT error-box
(V. Mangano et. al. GCN 15656).

The 5-sigma upper limit has been about 18.5 mag on first image and 21.2
mag on coadd of 20 images with total exposure 3600 sec and avagare time
