Hoi-Fung Yu (MPE) reports on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team:
"The recent Fermi GBM trigger 414048665 / 140214230 at 05:31:02.74 UT
on 14 February 2014, tentatively classified as GRB, is in fact due to
local particles."
