Ulysses, Mars Odyssey (HEND and GRS), HETE-FREGATE, and Konus-Wind
observed this GRB (GCN 1648). We have confirmed the error box given in
GCN 1648 and reduced it to an ~ 20. sq. arcmin. error box fully
contained within the original one. Its coordinates are:
