report on behalf of a larger collaboration.

The field of SGR 1E 1841-045 (Swift trigger 649113, Barthelmy et al.,
GCNC 18024) was observed with the 2-meter telescope Zeiss-2000
at the Terskol peak on the July, 15. The observations started since
2.2 hours after the trigger.

We can not find any object inside the XRT error circle
in the stacked 40 min. frame down to the limiting magnitude
R_lim = 21.4. Photometry is was based on nearby USNO-B1 stars.
