We found 30 images in MASTER DataBase included to initial LIGO error box
starting 15 september 2015 year 03h 24m 22s UT during MASTER
inspection of the Fermi trigger 463976197. So the first optical
images obtained by MASTER was started 1.094d before notice time and
0.732 after trigger. This images covered 16
square degrees (summ limit 19.0). We do not find OTs.
