MASTER II  robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru) 
located in Tunka was started inspection of the the  LIGO/Virgo G275404 50 
sec after notice time and 1626 sec after trigger time at 2017-02-25 18:57:27 UT.
The 5-sigma upper limit has been about 18.0 - 20.0 mag
