MASTER OT J173532.70+103810.5 - possble new CV or?
MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 17h
35m 32.70s +10d 38m 10.5s on 2017-02-25.80727 UT. (see GCN 20738)
The OT magnitude in 'C' filter is 15.4m (limit 16.0m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-01-27.94672 UT with magnitude
limit in 'C' filter 19.8m.
Spectral observations are required.
