located in SAAO (South Africa) was pointed to the ICECube EHE171106.78
trigger number 130214 25 sec
after notice time and 71 sec after trigger time at 2017-11-06 18:40:50 UT
UT. This AMON_ICECUBE_EHE event is temporally(33.0<100sec) coincident with
the FERMI_GBM event (trignum=531686417).
On our first (180s exposure) set we not found optical transient
within ICECUBE error-box (ra=340.25 dec=7.31333 r=0.25) brighter then
19.9.
Observations are continuated.
The 5-sigma upper limit has been about 19.9 mag

The observations made on zenit distance = 40 degrees, galaxy latitude b =
-43 degree.
The moon (91 % bright part) below the horizon (The altitude of the Moon is
-12 degree ).
The sun altitude is -18.7 degree.
The object can be observed till sunrise at 2017-11-07 03:32:51
