GRB 171115A: RATIR Optical and NIR Observations

We observed the field of GRB 171115A (Sbarufatti, et al., GCN 22124) with
the Reionization and Transients Infrared Camera (RATIR; on
the 1.5m Harold Johnson Telescope at the Observatorio Astron��mico Nacional
on Sierra San Pedro M��rtir from 2017/11 16.08 to 2017/11 16.15 UTC (7.14 to
8.66 hours after the BAT trigger), obtaining a total of 1.07 hours exposure
in the r and i bands and 0.38 hours exposure in the Z, Y, J, and H bands.

For a source within the Swift-XRT error circle (Beardmore, et al., GCN
22125), in comparison with the USNO-B1 and 2MASS catalogs, we obtain the
following upper limits (3-sigma):

 r > 23.05
 i > 23.19
 Z > 21.86
 Y > 21.66
 J > 21.13
 H > 20.71

These magnitudes are in the AB system and are not corrected for Galactic
extinction in the direction of the GRB.
