Konus - Wind also observed this burst (GCN 2286).  Analysis shows
that the correct error box is the second one, that is:

 ERROR BOX CENTER:  19 h  3 m 35.56 s      3 o 49 '  34.71 " 
 ERROR BOX CORNER 1: 18 h 58 m 19.50 s      2 o 18 '  39.61 " 
 ERROR BOX CORNER 2: 19 h 19 m  5.34 s      8 o 10 '  35.96 " 
 ERROR BOX CORNER 3: 18 h 49 m 53.89 s     -0 o 37 '  58.46 " 
 ERROR BOX CORNER 4: 19 h  9 m  4.49 s      5 o 19 '  30.42 " 

(The minus sign was inadvertently left off of the third declination
in GCN 2286).

This error box may be improved.
