Science Operations Center, report:
XMM-Newton will observe the GRB031203 field, centered at
location RA=+08h 02m 30s and DEC=-39d 50' 48" (J2000), from
GCN 2459.
The observation is planned to start at 03:52 UT,
on December 4, 2003, for an exposure of 59000 seconds.
