MASTER-IAC robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190612.16 (trigger No 582004649, 14h 55m 48.00s , +62d  6m 00.00s, R=9.3) errorbox  891 sec after trigger time at 2019-06-12 04:12:15 UT, with upper limit up to  19.1 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 62 deg. The sun  altitude  is -21.4 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
