MASTER-Amur robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190619.59 (trigger No 582646590, 19h 24m 16.80s , +20d  9m 36.00s, R=1.82) errorbox  792 sec after trigger time at 2019-06-19 14:29:38 UT, with upper limit up to  13.7 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenit distance = 43 deg. The sun  altitude  is -15.3 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
