MASTER-Amur robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190619.59 (trigger No 582646590, 19h 24m 16.80s , +20d 9m 36.00s, R=1.82) errorbox 792 sec after trigger time at 2019-06-19 14:29:38 UT, with upper limit up to 13.7 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenit distance = 43 deg. The sun altitude is -15.3 deg.

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
