 on behalf of Lulin GRB collaboration report:

 " We have observed the entire SXC error box of GRB031220(=H2976) in 
   R-band at Lulin observatory(National Central University, Taiwan)
   beginning at 11:49 UT on Dec. 20. There are no candidate in these
   images comparison with DSS-II images down to 20.9 mag.
 
   Further analysis and observation are in progress."
