The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB

At 07:23:01 UT on 7 Jul 2019, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 190707B (trigger 584176986.215968 / 190707308).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 184.3, Dec = -9.5 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 12h 17m, -9d 30'), with a statistical uncertainty of 4.9 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 72.0 degrees.
