MASTER-Tavrida robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, SAI Crimea astronomical station) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190724.03 (trigger No 585621841,  3h 36m 07.20s , + 2d 48m 00.00s, R=4.07) errorbox  40 sec after notice time and 68 sec after trigger time at 2019-07-24 00:45:05 UT, with upper limit up to  16.8 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenit distance = 72 deg. The sun  altitude  is -14.4 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
