The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB

At 19:00:37 UT on 4 Aug 2019, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 190804C (trigger 586638042.518414 / 190804792).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 97.8, Dec = 42.3 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 06h 31m, 42d 17'), with a statistical uncertainty of 4.4 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 98.0 degrees.
