MASTER-IAC robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190809.96 (trigger No 587084236,  2h 35m 00.00s , +66d 55m 00.12s, R=30.9167) errorbox  1 days 17923 sec after trigger time at 2019-08-11 03:55:54 UT, with upper limit up to  19.6 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 15 deg. The sun  altitude  is -30.5 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
