MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Baksan Neutrino Observatory Alert 190816.83 (  5h  9m 36.00s , -62d  6m 00.00s, R=3) errorbox  14744 sec after trigger time at 2019-08-16 23:55:26 UT, with upper limit up to  17.7 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 60 deg. The sun  altitude  is -65.3 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
