MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Baksan Neutrino Observatory Alert 190817.35 (  1h 21m 12.00s , -22d  0m 00.00s, R=3) errorbox  10 sec after notice time and 1220 sec after trigger time at 2019-08-17 08:45:22 UT, with upper limit up to  17.5 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 11 deg. The sun  altitude  is -31.2 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
