MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net:, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190830.26 (trigger No 588838851,10h 36m 48.000s , -54d 42m 36.00s, R=9.81) errorbox 2870 sec after notice time and 2900 sec after trigger time at 2019-08-30 07:09:06 UT, with upper limit up to 16.4 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 80 deg. The sun altitude is -48.2 deg.

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

Real time updated cover map and OT discovered available here:

We obtain a following upper limits.
