MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190905.99 (trigger No 589419513,15h 37m 55.200s , +03d 07m 12.00s, R=3.62) errorbox  418 sec after notice time and 575 sec after trigger time at 2019-09-05 23:48:03 UT, with upper limit up to  16.8 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 51 deg. The sun  altitude  is -19.4 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
