MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB190919.9 (trigger No 590621700,02h 38m 36.000s , -35d 25m 58.80s, R=33.33) errorbox  229 sec after notice time and 310 sec after trigger time at 2019-09-19 21:40:05 UT, with upper limit up to  18.5 mag. The observations began at zenit distance = 20 deg. The sun  altitude  is -57.0 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
