MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Baksan Neutrino Observatory Alert 190928.37 (23h 45m 36.000s , -21d 12m 00.00s, R=3) errorbox  914 sec after trigger time at 2019-09-28 09:05:33 UT, with upper limit up to  18.8 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenit distance = 69 deg. The sun  altitude  is -16.1 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
