W. Boynton, C. Fellows, K. Harshman, H. Enos, and R. Starr,
on behalf of the GRS-Odyssey GRB team, report:

The long-duration, very bright GRB 190928A
was detected by AGILE (Ursi et al., GCN Circ. 25859),
CALET (GBM trigger 1253711524), Konus-Wind, INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS),
and Mars-Odyssey (HEND) at about 47536 s UT (13:12:16).

We have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box
whose coordinates are:
   RA(2000), deg Dec(2000), deg
    36.579 (02h 26m 19s) +29.461 (+29d 27' 38")
    31.573 (02h 06m 17s) +35.236 (+35d 14' 10")
    40.668 (02h 42m 40s) +23.151 (+23d 09' 02")
    42.081 (02h 48m 19s) +19.298 (+19d 17' 54")
    32.689 (02h 10m 45s) +33.718 (+33d 43' 03")
The error box area is about 4.56 sq. deg, and its maximum
dimension is 18.4 deg (the minimum one is 17.6 arcmin).
The Sun distance was about 139 deg.

This box may be improved.

A triangulation map is posted at

The Konus-Wind time history and spectrum will be given in a forthcoming
GCN Circular.
