MASTER-Tunka robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Applied Physics Institute, Irkutsk State University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB191104.53 (trigger No 594563923,19h 25m 24.000s , +16d 46m 48.00s, R=9.58) errorbox 72 sec after trigger time at 2019-11-04 12:39:51 UT, with upper limit up to 18.0 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 48 deg. The sun altitude is -28.9 deg.

The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
