MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB191104.06 (trigger No 594523229,03h 28m 55.992s , -77d 13m 00.12s, R=26.8333) errorbox 1606 sec after notice time and 1753 sec after trigger time at 2019-11-04 01:49:37 UT, with upper limit up to 18.2 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 64 deg. The sun altitude is -21.6 deg.
The galactic latitude b = -60 deg., longitude l = 98 deg.
