MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB191129.14 (trigger No 596690552,00h 35m 43.20s , +05d 26m 24.0s, R=2.47) errorbox 377 sec after notice time and 582 sec after trigger time at 2019-11-29 03:32:09 UT, with upper limit up to 18.5 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 55 deg. The sun altitude is -36.2 deg.
The galactic latitude b = -57 deg., longitude l = 117 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
