MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB191220.59 (trigger No 598543714,15h 15m 24.00s , -56d 31m 01.2s, R=35.67) errorbox  25598 sec after trigger time at 2019-12-20 21:15:08 UT, with upper limit up to  19.0 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 57 deg. The sun  altitude  is -31.3 deg. 

The galactic latitude b =  1 deg., longitude l = 322 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
