MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB200114.15 (trigger No 600666048,13h 17m 31.20s , -00d 19m 12.0s, R=2.58) errorbox  29 sec after notice time and 65 sec after trigger time at 2020-01-14 03:41:49 UT, with upper limit up to  18.0 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 44 deg. The sun  altitude  is -10.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 61 deg., longitude l = 318 deg.
