The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB
At 09:25:20 UT on 17 Aug 2020, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 200817A (trigger 619349125.224034 / 200817393).
The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 194.5, Dec = 51.8 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 12h 58m, 51d 47'), with a statistical uncertainty of 16.5 degrees.
The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 110.0 degrees.
