MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the IceCube Alert 210213.78 (trigger No 1103075,10h 21m 01.92s , -35d 23m 56.4s, R=1.19) errorbox  111 sec after notice time and 149 sec after trigger time at 2021-02-13 18:42:53 UT, with upper limit up to  19.3 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 58 deg. The sun  altitude  is -15.1 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 18 deg., longitude l = 272 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.

Filter C is a clear (unfiltred) band.
