MASTER-IAC robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the IceCube Alert 210519.86 (trigger No 36915486,11h 10m 45.60s , -25d 52m 19.2s, R=2.15) errorbox  14 sec after notice time and 67 sec after trigger time at 2021-05-19 20:41:10 UT, with upper limit up to  16.9 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 54 deg. The sun  altitude  is -11.4 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 32 deg., longitude l = 277 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
