MASTER-IAC robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB210709.47 (trigger No 647522278,18h 55m 00.00s , +14d 37m 01.2s, R=29.98) errorbox  38909 sec after notice time and 38949 sec after trigger time at 2021-07-09 22:07:03 UT, with upper limit up to  19.5 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 10 deg. The sun  altitude  is -23.4 deg. 

The galactic latitude b =  5 deg., longitude l = 47 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
