MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 210824A ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 30699Not found
 
 
) errorbox  45625 sec after notice time and 45651 sec after trigger time at 2021-08-24 16:50:54 UT, with upper limit up to  17.2 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 46 deg. The sun  altitude  is -7.8 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 46 deg., longitude l = 19 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
