MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) was pointed to the Integral GRB211016.42 (trigger No 74982,18h 08m 31.75s , -20d 24m 02.2s, R=0.0531) errorbox  19402 sec after notice time and 19424 sec after trigger time at 2021-10-16 15:23:53 UT, with upper limit up to  16.8 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 68 deg. The sun  altitude  is -11.2 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -1 deg., longitude l = 10 deg.
