MASTER-IAC robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the IceCube Alert 211116.44 (trigger No 31085,02h 49m 48.00s , +00d 09m 00.0s, R=1.39) errorbox  46076 sec after notice time and 52394 sec after trigger time at 2021-11-17 01:06:30 UT, with upper limit up to  16.2 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 32 deg. The sun  altitude  is -79.9 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -50 deg., longitude l = 175 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.

Filter C is a clear (unfiltred) band.
