MASTER-Amur robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB211217.29 (trigger No 661417475,00h 35m 31.20s , +04d 27m 00.0s, R=5.73) errorbox  18345 sec after notice time and 18353 sec after trigger time at 2021-12-17 12:10:24 UT, with upper limit up to  16.9 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 55 deg. The sun  altitude  is -43.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -58 deg., longitude l = 117 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
