MASTER-IAC robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Spain (IAC Teide Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 211223B ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 31287Loading...
 
 ) errorbox  48951 sec after notice time and 48978 sec after trigger time at 2021-12-23 21:59:40 UT, with upper limit up to  16.5 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 81 deg. The sun  altitude  is -48.9 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 14 deg., longitude l = 73 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
