We observed the optical transient of  ZTF22aaajecp/AT2022cmc  (Andreoni
et al., GCN 31590) with K-800 telescope, and Zeiss-600 telescope of 
Terskol observatory on Feb. 15 and Feb. 17. We detected the optical 
transient (Andreoni et al., GCN 31590; G��N-bibliography in  Tanvir et 
al.,  GCN 31602; see also Lipunov et al., GCN 31600) at the redshift of 
z=1.193  (Tanvir  et al., GCN 31602; Lundquist et al., GCN 31612) in 
first epoch observation with K-800 in Clear filter. Preliminary 
photometry of the transient and upper limit is following

The photometry is based on the nearby SDSS-DR12 stars R (Lupton
