MASTER-Amur robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB230321.10 (trigger No 701058254,06h 21m 14.40s , +53d 59m 24.0s, R=1) errorbox 24924 sec after notice time and 33615 sec after trigger time at 2023-03-21 11:44:24 UT, with upper limit up to 17.3 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 15 deg. The sun altitude is -19.6 deg.
The galactic latitude b = 18 deg., longitude l = 161 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
