The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB

At 13:37:43 UT on 19 Apr 2023, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 230419A (trigger 703604268.398824 / 230419568).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 322.4, Dec = -19.1 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 21h 29m, -19d 06'), with a statistical uncertainty of 26.0 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 132.0 degrees.
