MASTER-OAFA robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Argentina (OAFA observatory of San Juan National University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB230428.38 (trigger No 704365743,08h 07m 00.00s , -86d 03m 36.0s, R=15.86) errorbox  134 sec after notice time and 169 sec after trigger time at 2023-04-28 09:11:47 UT, with upper limit up to  18.5 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 64 deg. The sun  altitude  is -24.3 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -26 deg., longitude l = 299 deg.
