GCN Circular 33859 incorrectly named "Swift/BAT-GUANO detection of a short hard burst" for a GRB at T0: 2023-05-23T15:23:52.68 UTC as GRB 230523A.
This burst should instead be named GRB 230523B. 
I apologize for the mistake.
