MASTER-OAGH robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net:, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Mexico (OAGH National Institute for Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics) was pointed to the IceCube Alert 230708.35 (trigger No 35302784,18h 05m 13.44s , +08d 45m 14.4s, R=0.51) errorbox  156 sec after notice time and 202 sec after trigger time at 2023-07-08 08:20:27 UT, with upper limit up to  17.6 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 36 deg. The sun  altitude  is -34.8 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 14 deg., longitude l = 36 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
