We observed the location of SPT-SVJ025406.5-702837 (GCN #34301)
for 8.5 hours starting from 2023-08-04T22:00 with the Australia
Telescope Compact Array (ATCA). Observations were conducted with
the C/X receiver with 2x2048 MHz bands centered on 5.5 and 9 GHz.

We find marginal (3 sigma) evidence for a source located at

RA: 02:54:04.74
Dec: -70:28:37.2,

offset from the coordinates of SPT-SVJ025406.5-702837 by ~9
arcseconds, but within the reported 12 arcseconds uncertainty.

The source has a flux density of 42+/-12 uJy at 9 GHz but is not
detected at 5.5 GHz with a 3-sigma upper limit of ~40 uJy,
implying a spectral index of alpha >~ 0.1.

We acknowledge the Gomeroi people as the traditional owners of the
Observatory site. The Australia Telescope Compact Array is part of
the Australia Telescope National Facility (https://ror.org/05qajvd42)
which is funded by the Australian Government for operation as a
National Facility managed by CSIRO.
