MASTER-Tavrida robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, SAI Crimea astronomical station) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 230814A ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 34422Not found
 
 
) errorbox  82226 sec after notice time and 82259 sec after trigger time at 2023-08-15 17:45:55 UT, with upper limit up to  16.4 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 61 deg. The sun  altitude  is -10.2 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -12 deg., longitude l = 23 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
